What to do with the kids 17 December 2020: Visit the Two Oceans Aquarium during “low tide”

Come rain or shine, Two Oceans Aquarium is always a top pick!

Big smiling sharks, a limber-limbed octopus, floating stingrays, sea anemones drifting in the current, giant swaying underwater forests, terrific turtles, adorable seahorses, and of course happy-flappy penguins … These are just some of the amazing animals you will encounter at the Two Oceans Aquarium.

With strict capacity management in place, you can visit the Aquarium during “low tide” – before 26 December while most people are still doing their Christmas shopping. The Aquarium will also be giving away an annual membership to one visitor every day from 15 to 24 December.

When: 

  • Open daily from 9am to 6pm
  • 26 December – 10 January: 9am to 7pm

V&A Waterfront, Cape Town

Cost:

  • Kids under 3 – free
  • Adults – from R200
  • Kids 4 – 13 years – from R95
  • Kids 14 – 17 years – from R150

Important info:

The I&J Children’s Play Centre is temporarily closed, but the Puppet Stories show takes place at the auditorium, where there is sufficient space for social distancing.
