It is no secret that the class of 2020 had to overcome a big hurdle in their studies this year. The learning disruption students experienced delayed a lot of learning, and playing catch-up has not been easy.
This is why individuals and organizations are coming together to help matrics wherever they can.
DigiCampus is excited to announce that they will be providing extra support for South Africa’s matrics of 2020 in preparation for their final examination via their online platform.
More than 1.1 million candidates will write their final exam for grade 12 during November and December. The examination will officially commence on Thursday, 5 November with the final paper to be written on 15 December.
Tsepang Setipa, chief executive officer of DigiCampus says that they will be offering this service for free to every student. “We will be live streaming revision classes for the matrics a day before each examination as the last opportunity to do some revision on each subject,” he says.
The live revision classes will cover the following subjects:
- English Home Language
- English First Additional Language
- Afrikaans Huistaal
- Afrikaanse Eerste Addisionele Taal
- Isizulu First Additional Language
- Mathematics Literacy
- Life Sciences
- Computer Applications
All of these subjects besides the language subjects will have revision classes in Afrikaans and English.
DigiCampus boasts a comprehensive online video library of the CAPS curriculum from Grade R to 12. This full video library is available for free on www.digicampus.co.za and is available in 4 of the 11 official South African languages.
