How to increase daily enrichment for a 3-month-old?

My baby girl is just over 3 months old, and I’m struggling with feeling like I don’t offer her enough enrichment/entertainment on a daily basis.

I’ve Google searched “activities to do with my 3-month-old”, and I feel like every suggestion I saw was just different variations of playing with them with toys, I.e. rattles, sensory toys, glow worm, tummy time mat, etc. The thing is, my little girl isn’t really that interested in toys and rattles just yet, and I feel like she doesn’t really care or get enjoyment from me trying to play with them with her. We have a tummy time mat, but she HATES tummy time on the mat, and can only tolerate it for 3-5 minute stretches on my chest. Another suggestion was to take them for a walk in the stroller, but this simply puts her to sleep, so she’s not awake to experience any kind of enjoyment.

Would anyone be able to offer me some tips on what you have done with a baby around this age, that they actually seemed to really enjoy?

*Edit to add: The only thing I’ve noticed that really holds her interest and that she genuinely enjoys is sitting upright in front of the TV. But I know that TV for babies under 18 months is supposed to be a no-no.
