Popular kids toy brand, LeapFrog, has just released three new interactive toys to help toddlers learn while they’re having fun. These new toys are a great idea if you’re browsing for gift ideas for Christmas, or just looking for something new to keep your toddlers busy while you’re working from home.
According to Andy Keimach, president of VTech Electronics North America, the parent company of LeapFrog, the new collection of infant and preschool toys not only enrich development but make learning fun, which is so important for children.
Speak & Learn Puppy
The first new toy released by LeapFrog is the Speak & Learn Puppy, according to a report. The puppy, who has been named Bailey, can teach your toddler her ABCs, how to count, emotions and even language development. Bailey the puppy’s ears flap, moves his head and has real-time responses. Your toddler can also interact with Bailey through the talk-back feature and can create stories from the responses he gets.
Bailey has several songs to encourage learning, and three learning levels. As your toddler progresses in her language skills, she can move up a level.
Suitable for babies from the age of 1.

Pick Up & Count Vacuum
The Pick Up & Count Vacuum has three play modes which will teach your little one her colours, numbers and counting. This smart vacuum toy picks up 10 play dust pieces as your child rolls the vacuum over them, encouraging motor skills as she manoeuvres the pretend vacuum around the room. As the vacuum picks up the dust pieces, it recognises each colour and helps children with colour recognition.
Suitable for toddlers from the age of 2.
100 Animals Book
The 100 Animals Book is a bilingual book that helps kids brush up on their animals. The book comes in English and Spanish and features 100 animals from 12 different habitats and environments on six double-sided pages. The pages of the book are touch-sensitive and interactive.
For kids who have a natural curiosity about animals this book provides lots of opportunities for exploration with illustrations and photographs of animals from the desert, savanna, rain forest and more.
Three modes teach about animal names, animal sounds and fun facts on each page, and you can switch the language to English or Spanish.
Suitable for toddlers aged 18 months and older.
