If you have a baby or toddler in the house, chances are good you know all about CoCoMelon. And working from home over lockdown, we’re betting that you’re probably going nuts listening to their songs and nursery rhymes, over and over again!
Loved by babies and toddlers around the world, the cartoon is one of the most-watched channels on YouTube. But hold on to your seats, or credit cards moms… now your little ones have something to be even more excited about – a CoCoMelon toy line!
The brand made the announcement on their social media channels earlier this month, and within a week they went on sale in the United States, with parents going into a frenzy to place their orders.
According to a Walmart, there are four toys in the line-up:
- CoCoMelon Plush Bedtime JJ Doll – the youngest of the Schmidt family, this doll is about 25cm tall and can play sounds. This means your toddler can learn, play and sing along to the catchy rhymes and songs.
- CoCoMelon Family and Friends – yep, they’re all there, mom! The 10cm figures are perfect for role-playing.
- CoCoMelon YellowJJ School Bus with Sound – this bright yellow bus can play your kids’ favourite nursery rhymes and it comes with a 10cm JJ figure your little one can play with,
- CoCoMelon Feature Roleplay Musical Checkup Case – complete with a stethoscope, syringe, thermometer and otoscope, your tots will be able to play doctor-doctor in style with their own check-up case.
Currently, Walmart and Amazon are handling orders, but bear in mind that Walmart doesn’t ship directly to SA if you order online.
The CoCoMelon Plush Bedtime JJ Doll is available to order on Amazon, which does ship to SA, from September.
